• Active Orders: Any orders placed before tonight are unaffected and are processing normally.
• Future Orders: Our checkout system will block orders destined for EU member states. If an order accidentally bypasses this filter, it will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
• Exempt Regions: Shipping to other European Countries who are not apart of the EU remains 100% open and active, as they are not subject to these EU regulations.

NOTE: Orders placed will be pre-orders, estimated delivery time is 8-10 weeks after your order is placed. You will receive and email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Important)

All prices displayed for our reformers are inclusive of VAT, customs duties, import fees, and all applicable taxes. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay, with no additional charges for importation or customs clearance.

For orders shipped to the European Union, we use our International Delivery partners. This means all VAT, import duties, and customs fees are covered by us

Depending on your location, your order may still be subject to import taxes, duties, or fees upon arrival. We do our best to minimise delays, Note: For countries outside the EU, local customs rules may still apply, and charges (if any) are determined by your local customs authority.
