Returns Policy

If you wish to return your item you are free to do so within 14 days of receiving your order. You need to contact us at hello@corecollabeurope.com to organise your return. You as the customer will be responsible for paying for shipping back to us.

If however there are manufacturing issues with your items and they are deemed faulty, we will replace them for you. For faulty items, we cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

Under EU law, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Goods made to order or personalised

• Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection if the seal has been broken (e.g., certain personal care items)

• Digital products where download or access has already occurred

• Perishable goods

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us.

We do not offer direct product-for-product exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return your order and place a new one.

Returns Process

Step 1 — Contact Us

Email hello@corecollabeurope.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Step 2 — Return Authorization

We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Do not send items back without authorization.

Step 3 — Shipping the Return

Unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

You must send the item back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

Refund timeline:

• Refunds are issued within 14 days

• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order

• We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide proof of sending them

Shipping costs paid at checkout are refunded only if the entire order is returned.
Return shipping costs are not refunded unless required by law.

Frames - extended 10 year warranty

Moving parts - 2 year warranty (bearings, wheels, upholstery etc)
