6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

European Union (EU)

For many EU destinations we ship with our international delivery partners, meaning VAT and customs duties are prepaid by us. Customers will not be charged additional fees on delivery.

Other Countries

Outside the EU regions, customs policies vary. Some countries may charge import duties, which buyers are responsible for unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns, Refunds & EU Withdrawal Rights

European Union Consumers

If you reside in the EU, you have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases, beginning on the day you receive the goods.

This right does not apply to:

  • Used, damaged, or non-resellable items

  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened (e.g., personal care products)

  • Custom-made or personalised goods

To exercise this right, you must contact us at: hello@corecollabeurope.com.

General Return Conditions

Items must be returned in original condition unless faulty.
More details are available in our Refund Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

We use third-party tools such as payment processors, analytics services, and shipping providers.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third-party websites or services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability, for any claim related to a purchase, is limited to the amount you paid for the product

This limitation does not apply to Australian consumers where it would breach the ACL, nor does it override mandatory EU consumer protections.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Core Collab Europe from any claims or demands arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, including applicable EU consumer protection regulations such as:

  • the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD)

  • the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

  • the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (UCPD)

  • the eCommerce Directive

  • other mandatory EU consumer protection rules

Where EU law does not apply directly, the law of the consumer’s country of residence may also apply, as required by EU conflict-of-law rules.

EU Consumer Protection

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory EU consumer protection legislation.
EU consumers maintain all statutory rights relating to:

  • the right of withdrawal

  • conformity of goods

  • guarantees and remedies

  • dispute resolution options

  • protection against unfair commercial practices

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage customers to contact us first at hello@corecollabeurope.com to attempt an informal resolution.

EU consumers may also choose to use the official EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at:

EU ODR Platform — “Online platform for disputes between consumers and traders”

We are not obligated to participate in formal ADR procedures but will comply where required by EU law.
